One world,
A million stories.
Thousands of people around me,
Each with his own tale,
A saga untold of grief, misery and dissatisfaction,
Searching for what he is destined to be, to feel!
Things just don’t seem right anymore,
There is something not right,
This is not what I’d thought of,
Not what I believed in!
Wish I could run away to the mountains,
In search of peace and solace,
Where the world is a stranger and I could lose myself in this crowd.
Where expectations do not bound me,
Where nothing is shared and no one cares.
When I could let my hair down and breathe deeply.
I find myself losing the smile in the middle of laughter,
I find myself in a dreamland amidst friends,
I feel a heaviness in my heart when I walk today,
I need a change from routine,
I crave for what is yet to be!
